Portal of AUC was created as a collaboration tool for large group of people that is even distributed on all country territory. That is why the possibility of joint work was created for 360 websites of city councils, 22 regional departments of AUC, 14 sections and executive board of AUC. The main audience of the portal is nongovernmental and analytical organizations, mass media, experts, donor organizations, governmental organizations, political parties and organizations, professional groups, interest groups, others.

Aims of implementation:

• provision of free access to Internet information resources for each Ukrainian city;
• creation of the possibility for each city to show their attractive features on their own portal page "AUC dialog";
• provision of timely and actual information from the Internet, interesting events of territorial society to all Ukrainian cities;
• possibility to  influence efficiently the lawmaking processes in branch of local government by means of interactive feedbacks;
• possibility to use the system as a mean for communications, exchange and publication of documents in different formats accepted in Internet.

Project description:
Portal of Association of Ukrainian Cities consists of the following sections:

AUC  - section about AUC objectives and history of AUC foundation.

Cities-members of AUC  - the section contains the structured list of cities that are members of the association and there is a  possibility to move to the information about chosen city.

Activities  - this section contains articles and publications about actual events and activities of AUC.

Documents  - this section contains publications about political situation in Ukrainian cities, self-government processes, innovations and changes in legislation.

Service  - the section contains the detailed sitemap.

Forum  - the forum page where a user is able to participate in discussions and create new discussion topics.
